Held every third Saturday of July, Port Fish Day is the worlds largest one day outdoor fish fry.

Port Fish Day features four entertainment stages for a broad selection of music and other family-oriented entertainment. There are seven fish and chips stands run by local civic organizations. A classic car show and arts and craft show are also featured in Port Washington's beautiful Upper Lake Park.

Port Fish Day is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization which organizes a yearly festival in the Wisconsin’s beautiful Port Washington harbor. The purpose of the festival is to provide an opportunity for 7 area civic organizations to raise money they use to support their individual missions. The 7 civic organizations supported by Port Fish Day are:
