10:30 a.m. Children’s Parade Begins (No registration required and no gas-powered, motorized vehicles allowed in parade. Arrive at Police Department parking lot by 10 a.m.—kids and at least one adult can be dropped
off at the front parking lot of the Police Department, 9455 W. Loomis Road. Vehicles are not allowed to park in any area of the Police Department parking lot.)
11:00 a.m. Main Parade Begins (Begins at W. Loomis & Forest Hill, proceeds north on Loomis to right on Drexel Avenue to Fire Station. Registration required. Water guns/water balloons prohibited. Bleachers provided. No parking is allowed on either side of Loomis Road July 1, 2, 3, & 4—violators will be ticketed and towed
by the Franklin Police Department.)
